Ceramic Sculptures by Alan Rutter

I was born and grew up in London and in 2004 moved to Dorset where I now live and work at my sculpture. I had two exhibitions in London at the Bedford Hill Gallery in 1987, which were very favourably received, and since moving to Dorset, have exhibited in Dorset ArtWeeks, Trowbridge Arts Festival and the British Legion Poppy Appeal at the Town Hall in Gillingham. I will also be exhibiting at Shaftesbury Art Centre in September 2015. I have also designed sculptures for Riversmeet Leisure Centre and Waitrose in Gillingham.

My main medium is ceramics but I have also worked with wood, steel, resin and found objects.

More examples of my work can be seen at the Cygnet gallery at Swans Yard, Shaftesbury SP78JQ.
