Studio Pottery
Born in Swansea in 1952, I studied pottery at school and art college in the late 1960’s and returned to it as a hobby following retirement.
I focus totally on thrown work producing decorative rather than functional pieces. I use predominantly stoneware clays and particularly enjoy employing the Japanese Raku glazing technique with the resultant random and dramatic effects this produces. Email: johngilbert3@btinternet.com |
